📋 Description
• Ensure all employee and fleet licensures, certifications, and inspections are renewed before due dates. • Monitor and audit equipment, supplies, and safety compliance, coordinating maintenance as needed. • Review and update compliance memos, employee handbooks, and onboarding documents for accuracy. • Maintain organizational charts and up-to-date job descriptions. • Post job openings and vet candidates for required qualifications. • Prepare and facilitate new hire onboarding, including documentation, training, and orientation. • Coordinate with payroll providers to manage payroll services and resolve employee timesheet issues. • Ensure completion of mandatory training (e.g., sexual harassment, safety certifications).
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 3+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a small-to-mid-sized organization. • Proficiency with Gusto, Indeed, and other HR software/tools. • Familiarity with compliance, payroll, and benefits administration. • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
