📋 Description

• Lead projects end-to-end from early-stage exploration through enterprise-ready delivery • Work with product and design to shape projects and influence architecture, UI finesse, and feature behaviour • Design, build, and ship new user research features • Deliver across React, Ruby on Rails, and AWS • Stay close to user needs and shape product direction through hands-on exploration • Contribute to architecture decisions and raise engineering craft standards • Mentor other team members • Take new ideas to market quickly and iterate based on real-world usage

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience building and shipping products across the full stack • React experience on the frontend • Ruby on Rails experience on the backend • AWS deployment experience • Strong product mindset and user-focused approach • Strong UI skills and ability to build beautiful, performant interfaces • Ability to prototype and polish products • Experience leading projects and taking responsibility for outcomes from idea through delivery • Interest in integrating modern AI tools into user-facing products and using AI to build software • Proactive, self-starting, entrepreneurial approach • Ability to thrive in open, creative, cross-functional environments
