Crimson Academies is an education venture studio that builds and scales innovative schools and the AI-native software that runs them. Crimson Academies also develops in-house platforms to support multi-campus operations and learning: a global Student Information System (Global SIS), TEMPO (a New Zealand SIS), Learning Lab (a learning management system with AI teaching assistants), Bright (global HR/credentialing), and an Enrolment platform. Headquartered in Auckland and led by CEO Penelope Barton and co-founder Jamie Beaton, the studio emphasizes AI-enabled learning, global scale, and building software and operations alongside schools.
