⢠Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Chief of Staff, Executive Operations Manager, Senior Executive Assistant, or similar leadership support role. ⢠Strong project management and operational leadership experience. ⢠Experience managing complex projects, events, or organizational initiatives. ⢠Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. ⢠Strong executive presence and stakeholder management abilities. ⢠Experience creating SOPs, workflows, dashboards, and operational systems. ⢠Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. ⢠Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. ⢠High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. ⢠Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
