📋 Description

• Build and lead a new Power Generation business unit • Accountable for launching and scaling the business unit • Driving business development with owners, developers, EPC partners, and strategic allies • Recruiting and developing high-performing subject matter expert (SME) teams • Establish the Power Generation business unit strategy, service offerings, and go-to-market plan • Lead market outreach and relationship development with asset owners, developers, EPCs • Drive proposal development, scope definition, and commercial strategy • Provide oversight and executive leadership for power generation projects • Coordinate with other Orbital service lines to deliver comprehensive solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field • Significant experience leading power generation pursuits and/or executing power generation projects • Demonstrated success developing and maintaining executive-level client relationships • Proven leadership experience building teams and scaling capabilities • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong business acumen/customer relationship management skills.
