📋 Description

• Lead and inspire a squad of full stack developers and Automation QAs within an agile Scrum framework • Uphold and refine engineering best practices to deliver robust, scalable solutions • Mentor team members in best practices, modern architectural patterns, and S.O.L.I.D. principles • Collaborate with the Product Manager and Scrum Master to shape requirements, refine user stories, and define acceptance criteria • Design and implement solutions for complex technical challenges using C#, .NET 10, React, and Azure microservices • Contribute to and develop AI-driven tooling to improve software development lifecycle efficiency • Drive the design and evolution of customer-facing web applications and microservices for the OrbusINFINITY SaaS platform • Influence architectural decisions and ensure high standards in agile development • Contribute across feature development, product discovery, and innovation in scalable, resilient systems

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years C# .NET/.NET Core experience • At least 3 years of React and TypeScript experience • 2+ years of agile team leadership experience • Experience with AI tools and their application in software development • Strong communication and cross-team achievement • Solution architecture for complex problems • Proficiency in OOP and S.O.L.I.D. principles • Experience mentoring multi-disciplinary engineers • Integration and unit testing for production releases • Familiarity with Azure native services • Experience with SQL Server (T-SQL) and NoSQL • Knowledge of micro-frontends and microservices • Experience working on an existing production SaaS platform • Confidence with Git and branching strategies, versioning, and dependency management • Commitment to continuous improvement and best practices • Experience working in an automated continuous delivery environment • Exposure to containers and Kubernetes
