📋 Description

• Build features across frontend and backend independently • Improve legacy code • Shape the technical direction with the team • Balance software quality with delivery • Work with agentic AI • Collaborate with senior colleagues, the team leader, and Head of Engineering to support growth • Participate in the recruitment process, including a take-home task, technical interview, and team culture and experience discussion

🎯 Requirements

• Product builder mindset • 3+ years of experience with JavaScript and TypeScript • Solid experience with React.js • Backend experience with Node.js • Ability to craft usable and maintainable CSS/HTML • Understanding of modern web app and asset build pipeline • Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine • Knowledge of best practices in software engineering and design patterns • Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools in daily work • Solid experience with git and various git-based workflows • Good written and spoken English and Polish • Experience with refactoring old codebases (nice-to-have) • Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar framework such as Django or Laravel (nice-to-have) • Experience with CI and build pipelines (nice-to-have) • Experience working in a product company (nice-to-have) • Good writing ability demonstrated by documentation, README, or blog posts (nice-to-have) • Experience with fully remote work (nice-to-have) • Candidates must reside in Poland
