• Identify and onboard new vendor and partner relationships (e.g. service providers, distribution programs, subcontractor networks) • Evaluate partnership opportunities aligned with our IT, low voltage, and automation services • Lead vendor relationship management, compliance onboarding, and performance tracking • Represent Orcha Systems in discovery calls, demos, and partner negotiations • Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and referrals • Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in HubSpot CRM • Meet or exceed sales targets through consistent execution • Research new verticals and target markets • Collaborate with marketing on outreach and campaigns • Deliver feedback to improve service offerings and go-to-market strategies
• 2+ years experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships (preferably in IT, low voltage, or technology services) • Experience onboarding or managing vendors, contractors, or channel partners • Proven sales ability from lead gen to deal closure • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and across teams
