📋 Description

• Own and develop strategic account plans across a portfolio of key clients • Drive organic revenue growth (target: ~20–25% annually) • Identify and execute on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities • Map client organizations and uncover new areas of value creation • Build long-term, executive-level client relationships • Act as the SME for the vertical (Auto) • Translate industry knowledge into commercial opportunities and scalable solutions • Partner with Operations and Technology teams to shape service offerings and delivery models • Support Sales in late-stage deals, solution validation, and onboarding • Contribute to value proposition development and market positioning • Help define target segments and growth opportunities within the vertical • Identify market trends, competitive insights, and innovation opportunities • Represent the company in client forums and industry conversations • Partner across Sales, Delivery, and Recruitment to ensure alignment and execution • Navigate internal trade-offs and constraints while protecting client outcomes • Influence without authority in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in BPO, outsourcing, or service-based environments • Strong background in account management / account growth leadership • Deep expertise in Auto / Auto Finance • Experience across both client-side and BPO/vendor environments strongly preferred • Proven ability to drive growth within existing accounts • Strong commercial acumen (understands margin, scalability, and trade-offs) • Ability to convert industry insight into revenue opportunities • Comfortable operating in cross-functional, high-accountability environments • Strategic thinker with a structured, data-informed approach • Bachelor’s degree required • MBA or equivalent preferred
