📋 Description

• Accompany the entire application lifecycle from concept to operation • Develop, maintain and optimize backend web applications, including clean, reusable code, troubleshooting and debugging • Take responsibility for backend architecture decisions, considering existing systems, product goals as well as scalability, performance and technical sustainability • Coordinate and align interfaces between frontend, backend and business-critical ERP systems • Work closely with frontend developers and the Frontend Solution Architect to integrate UI elements, services and functional requirements • Mediate, moderate and resolve functional and technical issues between frontend and backend development • Evolve and modernize the existing system using modern technologies • Hands-on involvement in architecture and decision-making as well as documentation of architectural decisions and technical concepts • Regular coordination with internal stakeholders and monitoring and evaluation of new technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in IT (e.g. Computer Science, Business Informatics, Web Development), vocational training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification • Senior experience in software development, ideally with architecture responsibility • Very good knowledge of Java / Kotlin / Spring Boot • Experience with databases, especially relational systems (MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL) • Understanding of frontend topics and interfaces (e.g. JavaScript / TypeScript is an advantage) • Ability to convey, moderate and collaboratively solve complex technical matters • Self-motivation and genuine interest in actively shaping product, architecture and collaboration • Business-fluent German and good English skills (team language partially English).
