📋 Description

• Design and implement sector sales strategies aligned with overall business goals • Lead, develop, and manage the sector sales team to ensure high performance and engagement • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers • Collaborate with marketing, category, and commercial teams to deliver an effective go-to-market strategy • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to ensure market competitiveness • Own customer pricing strategy across all segments • Lead engagement on key projects and strategic opportunities • Oversee sales forecasting and contribute to the S&OP process • Represent the business at industry events and external organisations

• Proven track record in driving sales growth and revenue generation • Strong leadership and team management capabilities • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute commercial plans • Strong analytical and financial acumen • Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting at senior level.
