📋 Description

•Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business opportunities and market trends in the renewable energy sector, with a specific focus on solar and battery storage technologies •Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including utility executives, government officials, project developers, and industry partners, to facilitate collaboration and partnership opportunities •Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, including pricing, contract terms, and service-level agreements, to secure new business opportunities •Identify opportunities for market expansion and growth within the Central region, including geographic expansion, new market segments, and emerging technologies

🎯 Requirements

•5+ years’ experience working for a developer of renewable energy (wind, solar, biomass, geothermal, hydro), energy storage, and/or thermal generation; working for an energy, oil and gas organization; investor-owned utility; or working for a renewable energy buyer with experience working with renewable project developers or leading development activities at the utility •Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields •Prior experience in business development, finance, sales, or related fields is a plus
