📋 Description

• Plan and execute sales strategy and action plans in order to achieve business goals and revenue targets. • Establish, build and foster meaningful business relationships within your region in collaboration with other team members. • Participate in sales blitzes and other sales and marketing events in order to produce impactful results. • Accountable for decisions that support BayWa inventory health and customer needs (win/win deal making). • Recognize the scope of our services and the uniqueness of the methods, products and systems we employ to better drive customer partnership and retention. • Stay on top of industry trends and the strengths and weaknesses of competitors in the market. • Collaborate with the Branch Manager and operations team in the region to demonstrate the resources and expertise of BayWa to clients during the sales process to ensure confidence in the value and competence of the team.

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of previous sales experience, preferably in B2B sales. • Proven track record of success in outsides sales and/or B2B sales. • Deep understanding of the solar industry and the products currently on the market. • Technically and digitally competent. • Able to legally work in the U.S. • Maintain a valid driver's license. • Comfortable with CRM software - checking inventory, logging activities, etc. • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. • This position will require 10 - 30% travel within your region.
