• Ensure region achieves healthy performance in revenue and gross profit • Attract, develop and retain a high performing outside regional sales team • Drive sales activities and lead the sales team • Develop new account and expand existing account wallet share • Prepare and lead regional sales reports • Maintain key customer relationships and conduct regular in-person visits
• Minimum of 7 years experience in outside field sales • Minimum of 3 years experience in people management and leadership • Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles and deliver key financial results • Demonstrated proficiency and deep understanding of CRMs (preferably NetSuite or Salesforce) • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
