📋 Description

• Screen resumes/applications and conduct job video-based interviews to identify qualified candidates; extends conditional offers of employment. • Facilitate job assessments and background checks in accordance with company policies. • Maintain accurate and compliant recruiting-related activities and records utilizing the companys Applicant Tracking System.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous related background required; experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus. • Outgoing, friendly personality with ability to quickly establish rapport. • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook including scheduling features. • Excellent oral and written skills. • Flexible and adaptable. • Well organized, self-motivated and confident to work independently.
