📋 Description

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards, extract and analyze HR data. • Turn insights into clear stories that support better business decisions. • Own the full reporting process: extracting data, building reports and dashboards, analyzing results. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in close collaboration with stakeholders. • Support People Analytics, data, and reporting requests through our JIRA Workday support site.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Workday report writing and EIBs. • Solid experience with SuccessFactors or a similar HR system and have built reports before. • Strong People Analytics skills: you can spot relevant patterns in the data, translate them into clear insights. • Confidence working with stakeholders and explaining complex data clearly. • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy. • Proficient business English, as this is our day-to-day working language.
