• Provide information and administrative support to the Sales department • Resolve policyholder issues • Improve the department's customer service efficiency • Assist in managing brokers and representatives • Handle daily correspondence • Request reports on behalf of brokers • Initiate communications and ensure necessary follow-ups • Enter, audit and update policy information • Respond to administrative requests • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails • Make outbound phone calls or send emails
• High school diploma • Minimum of one year of experience in the insurance industry or a related field is an asset • Excellent time management, project management and organizational skills • Telemarketing experience is an asset • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications • Initiative and self-motivation are essential
