📋 Description

• Develop and directly manage a business development manager sales structure. • Refine and manage existing recapture & conversion programs. • Nurture relationships with existing key customers and consultants. • Partner with WHQ to leverage marketing and sales program offerings. • Manage national account RFPs and strategy. • Actively participate in the handoff process to identify gaps in conversion standard work.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. • 5+ years of sales experience preferred. • Proven sales management experience. • Excellent communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and strong presentation abilities. • A highly motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, solve problems, and manage multiple tasks. • Creative, proactive, and strategic in approach to selling and customer engagement. • Demonstrated sound business judgment and ability to sell on value.
