📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to align HR strategies and initiatives with business objectives • Advise business stakeholders on HR matters and organizational effectiveness • Identify HR trends, issues, opportunities, challenges, and risks • Support and drive employee engagement initiatives and help maintain a strong employee experience culture • Ensure compliance with Portuguese labour laws and regulations • Advise on employment contracts, working hours, leave, and other legal requirements • Monitor changes in labour legislation and communicate updates • Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and guidelines • Educate employees and managers on HR policies and ensure adherence • Conduct audits to assess policy compliance and identify improvements • Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, workplace investigations, complaints, and concerns • Mediate disputes and facilitate communication between employees and managers • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and improvement areas • Prepare and present HR reports with insights and recommendations for management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) • Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, with a focus on Portuguese labour law and corrective action processes • Strong knowledge of Portuguese labour legislation, employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, and workplace compliance requirements • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive insights and support decision-making • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism • Fluency in English is essential
