📋 Description

• Support HR Operations across assigned countries, managing onboarding and employee lifecycle activities • Serve as a key point of contact for clients and employees on day-to-day HR matters • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal processes • Identify potential risks and escalate complex issues where appropriate • Resolve HR queries and support key employment events • Execute HR processes accurately and contribute to process improvements, standardisation, and operational excellence • Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, and external partners • Support reporting, audits, HR administration, knowledge management, and operational projects

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Advisory, or a similar client-facing HR role • Good working knowledge of employment law and HR practices • Ability to manage onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and day-to-day HR operations • Ability to balance customer needs, compliance requirements, and business objectives in a fast-paced international environment • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken) • Experience in an Employer of Record (EOR), global mobility, payroll, or international HR environment (bonus) • Experience supporting multinational clients across multiple jurisdictions (bonus) • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and process improvement initiatives (bonus) • Additional European language skills and knowledge in employment law (bonus)
