📋 Description

• Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations • Manage sensitive employee relations cases, attend calls or meetings, and draft legally sound documentation • Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors • Advise clients on benefits, compliance, and workforce planning • Provide actionable guidance on labour laws and cultural nuances in Southern Europe • Review and advise on employment contracts and risk mitigation • Guide clients through Performance Improvement Plans and ensure timely salary changes • Act as the single point of contact for employees’ immigration and mobility needs with the Global Mobility team • Identify delegable tasks, document processes, and ensure smooth handover • Drive automation and AI adoption to streamline HR processes • Lead compliance governance projects across Southern Europe markets • Lead global initiatives to standardize and improve HR practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience • Fluent French and English • Deep expertise in labour laws • Strong working knowledge of employment regulations across Southern Europe, with focus in France and portage salarial • Experience supporting complex employee relations • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom, Slack • Knowledge of the EOR industry (preferred) • Experience working across other Southern European countries including France (preferred)
