📋 Description

• Build and continuously develop an enterprise-wide enablement approach for Agentic AI and AI-powered process automation • Enable selected Business Builders to independently develop secure, value-adding AI Agents and AI Flows • Establish, moderate, and support an AI Builder Community • Develop practical training, workshop, and support formats • Advise business functions on identifying, evaluating, and prototyping suitable Agentic AI use cases • Collaborate with external partners on training, enablement activities, technology consulting, and selected use cases • Develop governance guardrails for self-service, data and capability usage, security, data privacy, Responsible AI, and escalation procedures • Manage platform access, licenses, budgets, and usage-based costs • Monitor and evaluate new market and technology developments • Support the selection and implementation of suitable platforms, capabilities, and solution approaches • Establish standards, templates, best practices, and reusable components in coordination with Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Data Privacy, and IT Integration • Help shape Ottobock’s AI journey within Global IT

🎯 Requirements

• Enthusiasm for Agentic AI, Generative AI, process automation, and modern self-service technologies • University degree, for example in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field • Several years of practical experience with Generative AI, AI Agents, intelligent automation, or low-code/no-code platforms • In-depth understanding of agentic systems, particularly orchestration, tool and API usage, knowledge access, human-in-the-loop processes, testing, and monitoring • Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Builder, Microsoft Copilot Studio, AgentBricks, or comparable Agentic AI and automation platforms • Good understanding of cloud architectures, data sources, interfaces, identity and access management concepts, and security and data privacy requirements • Experience with business enablement, community management, citizen developer programs, or comparable self-service approaches • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and enable others to implement solutions independently • Ability to quickly understand business processes and translate them into suitable Agentic AI solution approaches • Strong awareness of Responsible AI, governance, cost management, and the secure use of AI in an enterprise context • Hands-on mentality, initiative, and excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Very good command of German and English
