📋 Description

• Take ownership of the Data Steward role for selected marketing data domains • Define and maintain data standards, data models, metadata, and data ownership responsibilities • Ensure and continuously improve data quality, consistency, completeness, and traceability across relevant marketing processes and systems • Support Marketing in the secure and effective use of AI applications, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and low-code solutions • Identify, evaluate, and oversee suitable AI and automation use cases for Marketing, market intelligence, and related functions • Contribute to the further development of the marketing technology and data landscape • Document data sources, definitions, processes, and best practices • Develop easy-to-understand guidelines, training materials, and knowledge resources • Work with Customer Experience, Marketing, IT, data protection, and data governance stakeholders to prioritize and implement requirements • Help shape the data-driven future of marketing and enable data-driven decisions, efficient processes, and innovative ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline • Practical experience in data management, data stewardship, data governance, or a comparable cross-functional role, ideally within a marketing environment • Strong understanding of data quality, metadata management, data standards, and data privacy • Careful and responsible approach to handling data • Experience with generative AI, prompting, Microsoft 365 Copilot or low-code tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio or Power BI is preferred • Programming or Vibe coding experience is not required • Experience with marketing asset management systems, marketing technologies or digital content and data processes is a plus • Healthcare sector experience is a plus • Analytical and structured approach to work • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate technical and data-related topics clearly • Strong service orientation • Excellent communication skills • Passion for cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Marketing and Customer Experience • Very good command of German and English • Proficiency with MS Office
