📋 Description
• Conduct in-depth prospecting and lead generation using ZoomInfo to identify and qualify potential clients. • Research and extract contact information and company details for fleet managers, trucking companies, and equipment procurement teams. • Create and maintain detailed fleet and company profiles in Zoho CRM. • Support equipment sourcing and procurement through TruckPaper and Rig Dig by identifying sellers, verifying equipment details, and organizing purchase data. • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with logistics and sales goals. • Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure data accuracy and consistency. • Provide weekly reports on leads, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, logistics, or sales support, preferably in the trucking or fleet industry. • Proficient with ZoomInfo, Zoho CRM, TruckPaper, and Rig Dig. • Strong research, data entry, and lead management skills. • Excellent written and verbal English communication. • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
