• Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online • Record and reconcile rent payments, owner contributions, expenses, and vendor invoices • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes • Ensure proper GL coding by property and class tracking (if applicable) • Perform monthly bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations • Prepare financial statements including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports • Generate property-level reports for owners and stakeholders • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes • Track owner distributions and prepare owner statements • Coordinate with vendors regarding payments and discrepancies • Assist in responding to financial inquiries from property managers or owners • Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards and company policies • Maintain organized digital records and audit-ready documentation • Flag discrepancies, missing transactions, or unusual variances proactively
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in US real estate or property management accounting • Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) • Solid understanding of rent ledgers, owner statements, reconciliations, and property-level accounting • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines in a remote setup • Must be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America • Must have a stable internet connection and a remote-ready workstation
