• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for real estate services and property listings • Manage and grow social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) including daily posts, engagement, and community building • Create compelling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites aligned with branding • Design and launch paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads • Monitor marketing KPIs and campaign metrics; analyze data to refine and optimize strategies • Maintain and update real estate websites with SEO best practices in mind • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals • Research competitor activity, industry trends, and market conditions to inform strategy • Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain clients • Support promotional events and online campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement
• 2+ years of experience in real estate marketing or social media management • Proven track record managing social media, growing audiences, and creating content • Familiarity with digital tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Canva, and Hootsuite • Experience with SEO and website content optimization • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously • Comfortable with using data and analytics to adjust marketing tactics • Must be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America • Must have a stable internet connection and remote-ready workstation
