📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, Architecture and Engineering teams to define, design and implement scalable solutions for digital platforms. • Develop, maintain and evolve APIs, microservices and backend applications using the .NET ecosystem, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, security and availability. • Define and support the evolution of solution architecture, proposing technical standards, best practices and guidance aligned with the organization’s technology strategy. • Design and implement integrations between internal systems, partners and external services via REST APIs, messaging and event-driven architectures. • Drive the continuous evolution of the platform by identifying opportunities to improve architecture, performance, observability, security and development processes. • Lead technical architecture discussions, supporting decisions that impact multiple systems, business domains and corporate integrations. • Define integration patterns between legacy systems and new services, applying best practices such as API Gateway, Backend for Frontend (BFF) and Anti-Corruption Layer where appropriate. • Contribute to solution architecture in AWS environments, taking into account scalability, high availability, resilience, security and cost optimization. • Support the advancement of DevOps, Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) practices, promoting automation and delivery quality. • Participate in technical code reviews, promote development best practices and provide technical mentoring to team developers. • Define and disseminate development, architecture and technical documentation standards, contributing to the growth of the engineering team. • Implement observability practices through monitoring, metrics, logs and distributed tracing. • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, understand business processes and translate needs into efficient technological solutions. • Stay up to date on new technologies, frameworks and market trends, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven solid experience in the field. • Availability to work on-site three times per week at Av. Paulista. • Strong experience in backend development using C# and .NET 8 (or later versions). • Advanced knowledge of ASP.NET Core, Minimal APIs and REST API development. • Experience with microservices-based architectures. • Practical application of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Architecture and SOLID principles. • Experience integrating systems and building scalable APIs. • Knowledge of authentication and authorization using OAuth2, OpenID Connect and JWT. • Experience with messaging systems (Amazon SQS, Kafka or similar technologies). • Familiarity with architectural patterns such as API Gateway, Backend for Frontend (BFF) and Anti-Corruption Layer. • Experience with architectural modeling and technical documentation using the C4 Model or an equivalent methodology. • Experience addressing non-functional requirements, including scalability, resilience, security, availability and performance. • Experience developing and deploying applications in AWS environments. • Hands-on knowledge of key AWS services: ECS/Fargate, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, Secrets Manager, SNS and SQS. • Knowledge of Cloud Native architecture. • Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL. • Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB or Redis. • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban). • Experience with CI/CD practices. • Knowledge of automated testing (TDD and BDD). • Experience with unit and integration testing. • Knowledge of observability, monitoring and distributed tracing tools (Datadog, OpenTelemetry or similar).
