Outsourced Doers is a managed growth-support service that installs a proven marketing 'Doing Blueprint', provides a fully trained marketing virtual assistant (“Doer”) tailored to a client’s industry, and delivers ongoing founder coaching and community support. They combine strategy, staffing, training (160+ hours per Doer), and operational support (design, tech, HR management) so small businesses, coaches, consultants, eCommerce brands, agencies, and real estate professionals can offload marketing and admin tasks and scale without burnout.

📋 Description

• As a Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant, you'll be matched with a dedicated client (we call them Founders) and provide marketing and admin support to help grow their business. • You’ll work on tasks such as: • Managing and scheduling social media content • Setting up email marketing automations • Creating landing pages and marketing funnels • Designing digital assets like PDFs, course materials, and presentations • Supporting CRM management, inbox, and calendar tasks • Full training is provided

🎯 Requirements

• Are fluent in English (written and spoken) • With at least 1 year of work experience from any industry • Are tech-savvy and comfortable with Canva, Google Suite, and social platforms • Have excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic • Are disciplined, self-motivated, and eager to learn • Have a reliable WFH setup with backup internet and power • Are based in the Philippines and available for night shift work
