• Book qualified consultations through outbound prospecting • Handle more complex and higher-value conversations • Lead by example through consistent sales performance • Coach two Appointment Setters • Conduct call reviews and feedback sessions • Monitor KPIs and performance • Review AI-generated call transcripts • Improve outbound messaging and qualification quality • Prepare performance reports for leadership
• 3+ years of B2B outbound appointment setting or SDR experience • Has at least 1 year of leading or coaching a sales team • Has consistently exceeded appointment booking targets • Can confidently coach objection handling and qualification techniques • Has experience using CRM systems like HubSpot, Apollo, Close or Salesforce • Loves mentoring while still remaining an individual contributor.
