📋 Description

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads • Design, build, and maintain conversion-focused landing pages and multi-step funnels from scratch • Build, test, and maintain automated lead-capture workflows, email sequences, and CRM integrations • Perform website updates, SEO optimization, and basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting • Track KPIs using GA4 and platform analytics to improve conversion rates • Combine growth marketing strategies with AI workflows to scale campaigns, build funnels, and automate marketing pipelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is essential • Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing or related roles • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or relevant roles • Proven track record managing digital campaigns and lead generation • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads • Mastery of funnel builders such as GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, WordPress, or Webflow • Basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting capabilities • Practical experience with AI prompt engineering using ChatGPT or Claude • Experience building automated triggers via Zapier or Make • Demonstrated success designing high-converting funnels and automated marketing solutions • Mandatory direct portfolio links to live landing pages or web funnels built completely from scratch • Specific proof of AI-generated campaign copy, prompt frameworks, or AI-optimized audience-targeting workflows • Willingness to undergo a background check • Windows 11 or macOS 13+ • Intel i7-13700K, RTX 3060 GPU, 32GB RAM, NVMe SSD • Minimum 16GB RAM, dual-core CPU, HD webcam (720p), and internet speed of at least 100 Mbps • Noise-cancelling headset preferred
