• Identify new opportunities in the Australian real estate market • Generate business opportunities through outbound prospecting • Qualify leads and schedule appointments with decision-makers • Build relationships with real estate agencies, property investors, developers, and property managers • Manage the full sales pipeline from lead to conversion • Maintain accurate CRM records • Follow up leads and nurture prospects • Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets
• Minimum 3–5 Years Experience in Australian Real Estate • Strong B2B sales and lead generation experience • Experience working with Australian real estate businesses • Cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting • CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar) • Appointment setting and closing ability • 3–5+ years experience in real estate sales, BDM, or lead generation • Experience selling services to real estate agencies or property professionals • Proven track record of generating and converting leads • Strong understanding of the Australian real estate market
