• Generate new leads via: • - Outbound calling • - Email outreach • - Online enquiries and databases • - Builder-provided lead sources • Qualify leads based on: • - NSW location • - Build type (new home, duplex, townhouse, small development) • - Budget range and funding readiness • - Land status (owned, under contract, searching) • - Build timeframe and approval awareness • Book qualified appointments (phone, video, face-to-face where applicable) • Confirm and follow up appointments to maximise show-up rates • Maintain accurate CRM records including: • - Call notes • - Qualification status • - Appointment outcomes • Provide daily and weekly activity reports: • - Calls made • - Leads qualified • - Appointments booked and attended
• Proven lead generation or appointment setting experience within the NSW building or construction industry (ESSENTIAL) • Experience generating leads for: • - NSW residential builders • - Construction or development services • Strong understanding of: • - NSW residential build processes • - Client decision timelines • - Builder sales workflows • Confident and professional phone manner • Excellent spoken and written English • Ability to handle objections and qualify firmly but respectfully • Strong CRM discipline and follow-up skills
