📋 Description

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Facebook, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms to drive qualified lead generation for multiple industry verticals • Execute and optimize landing pages tailored to specific industries, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and audience targeting • Oversee end-to-end marketing funnels from ad creative through to lead capture, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership on spend efficiency and lead quality • Adapt and execute campaigns across multiple brands and industry verticals as needed, maintaining performance standards and messaging consistency across each property • Research and test emerging ad platforms and channels to identify additional lead generation opportunities beyond existing paid media mix.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a focus on paid media and performance marketing • Demonstrated experience running campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, & Facebook; experience with additional ad platforms a plus • Strong understanding of landing page structure and marketing funnel logic, with the ability to execute and optimize across each stage to drive lead conversion • Comfortable interpreting campaign data, identifying trends, and reporting performance to leadership clearly and consistently • Prior experience in a lead generation, performance marketing, or multi-vertical environment strongly preferred • Strong written and verbal English communication skills; able to operate independently while executing within a defined strategic direction.
