📋 Description

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to automotive businesses to generate qualified sales opportunities. • Identify and engage key decision-makers, including dealership owners, general managers, and marketing managers. • Introduce the agency's digital marketing services, clearly articulating value propositions tailored to the automotive industry. • Qualify prospects by assessing their current marketing strategies, business needs, and readiness to engage. • Schedule qualified appointments for the senior sales team and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. • Accurately record all interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up activities within the CRM system. • Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call, appointment-setting, and lead generation KPIs. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and provide market feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting, preferably within a digital marketing agency or B2B environment. • Previous experience selling to or working with the automotive sector (dealerships, workshops, or automotive service providers) is highly desirable. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a clear, professional, and confident phone manner. • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and lead generation targets. • Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar to manage sales activities. • Highly self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Comfortable learning and presenting digital marketing solutions, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website development, and lead generation services.
