• Support a multitude of HR activities including General HR Administration • Liaise with external partners for HR operational matters • Track and manage time off and absence • Organize and maintain personnel records • Support key people processes such as performance reviews • Manage HR inbox and respond to HR Operations questions • Assist in employee onboarding and coordination of new joiner's first day • Support HR-related communication activities
• At least 5 years of experience in HR operations within a multi-national company • Authorization to work in the Philippines • Previous experience supporting employees in the US, UK and/or Europe • Willingness to work part time hours • Detail oriented with a proven ability to deliver high-quality and accurate outputs • Strong organizational skills • Proficient with Excel and Microsoft/SharePoint environment • Strong listening and documentation skills • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English; German is desirable • Ideally have a university degree or equivalent
