• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday modules including Core HCM, Absence, Recruiting, Talent Management, Time Tracking, Benefits, and Advanced Compensation. • Create and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business stakeholders. • Support Workday release management by leading regression testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication during system updates. • Identify and lead initiatives to introduce AI-powered and automated solutions across the HR technology stack. • Lead end-to-end HRIS projects such as module implementations, enhancements, and systems integrations, owning project planning, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and execution. • Develop and deliver documentation, job aids, and user training to support adoption and self-service enablement across the HR team and broader organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 7–10 years of HRIS experience, with 4+ years of hands-on Workday configuration across multiple modules. • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes (hire to retire), including global data requirements and compliance needs. • Proven experience in leading HRIS projects, managing vendors, and collaborating cross-functionally without direct authority. • Proficiency in Workday business process configuration, reporting, integrations (EIB), and calculated fields. • Experience with data governance, system audits, and maintaining compliance standards in HR systems. • Demonstrated interest or experience in AI, automation, or advanced HR technology. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Workday Pro certification(s) or relevant training a plus. • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed, or global environments.
