📋 Description

• Take ownership of user and product research, ideation sessions, end-to-end mockup solutions, and user testing • Iterate on designs to deliver validated, impactful solutions • Champion product design practices across the Product and R&D organization • Advocate for user-centric solutions and represent user needs • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Research teams in an Agile environment • Drive the design process from initial ideation through product delivery and launch • Identify developer challenges and craft pragmatic design solutions • Recognize human-only, human-and-agent, and agent-led workflows and involve the AX practice when appropriate • Design clear, trustworthy human oversight, control, review, and override moments for AI-assisted features • Support the evolution of the UX practice and its interface with the AX discipline • Provide training to help teams adopt design best practices • Mentor and guide the designer you work with • Introduce innovative ideas and approaches to elevate the product design process

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in UX or Product Design • Experience leading projects from planning and user-experience research through product design processes and solution testing • Experience working in cross-functional teams, including design and engineering • Ability to move from macro vision to implementation details iteratively and collaboratively • Either a degree in a UX-related field and professional experience with complex products, preferably B2B SaaS • Experience working in the technology industry • Working knowledge of AI copilots, assistants, or agents and their impact on product experiences • Ability to identify when a feature has an agent in the loop and discuss it with AX and AI teams • Familiarity with the UX - UAX - AX spectrum • Strong communication skills for explaining human-centered design needs to technical and AI-focused stakeholders • Fluency in Figma and other design tools • Comfort with AI-assisted design tools such as Figma Make, Cursor, and Claude • Fluent in English, spoken and written • Bonus: knowledge of low-code platforms, software development processes, or related technical domains
