📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiations for a range of positions. • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals. • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and organizational culture to ensure the best fit for the role. • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates, and delivering a seamless recruitment process. • Promote the company's employer brand by representing the organization at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities. • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers. • Implement strategies to attract and hire a diverse workforce, ensuring alignment with the company's diversity and inclusion goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on recruiting technical talent at all levels and across multiple geographies (Portugal, US, EMEA). • Other recruitment experience in other areas (Sales, Marketing, Legal Finance and HR) • Strong sourcing and networking abilities. (LinkedIn Recruiter) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Workday a plus! • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
