• Provide help desk phone support and PC support for Ovation's Technology Services client locations. • Install hardware, software, cabling, and related equipment to ensure smooth system operation. • Travel to various clinic sites to provide on-site technical support and timely issue resolution. • Maintain a high standard of customer service while working closely with clients. • Contribute to the overall success of the Tempo Technology Services team through effective problem solving and support.
• Associates Degree Preferred • Up to 100% travel required • Ability to be onsite at client facilities Monday through Friday. • Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. • Coordinate with third-party service providers and software/hardware vendors as needed. • Use an IT ticketing system to log, track, update, and communicate progress on service requests.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection is required for all remote/hybrid positions. • Must have access to stable Wi-Fi with sufficient bandwidth to support video conferencing, cloud-based tools, and other online work-related activities. • A HIPAA-compliant work environment is required, including a secure workspace free from unauthorized access or interruptions.
