📋 Description

• Maintain the day-to-day health of the GTM stack • Triage deal desk questions, opportunity routing, approvals, and access requests across Salesforce and related tools • Resolve recurring issues by identifying root causes and implementing durable fixes • Build Flows, validation rules, automations, or AI-assisted workflows • Own small-to-medium GTM systems projects from intake through launch • Gather requirements, design solutions, build and test systems, document changes, and drive adoption • Maintain Salesforce as the source of truth through data hygiene, data dictionary maintenance, cleanup projects, imports, SOPs, and system controls • Manage user provisioning and access across GTM systems • Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, release notes, and onboarding content • Work daily with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required • Equivalent hands-on experience is welcome • Hands-on Salesforce experience, including Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, permissions, and data imports • Experience troubleshooting integrations and sync issues across CPQ, Gong, Chili Piper, and sales engagement platforms • Exposure to Workato, Zapier, or n8n, or genuine interest in applying AI to GTM operations • 2+ years of experience in a systems analyst, sales operations, or GTM technology role • Preferably experience in B2B SaaS or a high-growth tech environment • Must be based outside the US in Pakistan, Egypt, or the Philippines • Must be able to work 9 am–5 pm PST, Monday through Friday
