📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles across all levels, from IC to leadership • Build and run sourcing strategies that reach the best of overseas technical talent pools • Partner directly with engineering and product leaders to define role scope, calibrate technical bars, and run structured interview processes • Evaluate technical candidates with enough depth to hold your own in conversations with hiring managers about tradeoffs and fit • Drive candidate experience end to end, ensuring every technical candidate, hired or not, walks away respecting Overjet

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top university in your home country • Experience recruiting for technical roles (engineering, product) across both US and overseas markets • Ability to work US hours • Demonstrated ability to run full-cycle recruiting for roles spanning multiple seniority levels at once • Strong grasp of technical hiring signals well enough to push back on hiring managers when needed • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • High ownership, low ego, and a track record of jumping into whatever the moment requires, regardless of title • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment • Comfort working in an ATS (we use Ashby) and managing a high volume of moving pieces at once. Experience with Juicebox is a plus!
