• Lead the HRIS function, including strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery. • Drive large-scale HR transformation initiatives across SAP HCM and Workday platforms. • Act as a functional and technical subject matter expert in multi-ERP HR ecosystems. • Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to align HR technology with organizational goals. • Oversee system implementation, upgrades, integrations, data migration, and process optimization. • Ensure data integrity, compliance, security, and reporting accuracy. • Manage vendors, system integrators, and third-party consultants. • Develop and mentor a high-performing HRIS team. • Provide hands-on execution support during critical project phases. • Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across HR processes. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the functional team. • Mentor and grow the Workday team and keep them engaged and focused on the Workday project goals. • Collaborate on organizational wide change management initiatives and large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience • 15+ years of experience in Workday and People technology Applications • 10+ years of HRIS leadership experience • Strong functional and technical experience in Workday HCM Suite • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables, Macros, and V-Look-Up • Proven experience leading full-cycle HRIS implementations and transformation programs • Strong analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong understanding of HR operations, global HR processes, and compliance frameworks • Experience managing multi-country HRIS landscapes
