📋 Description

• Play a key role in OXG’s fiber-optic rollout • Ensure reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective work by construction and rollout partners • Regularly monitor partners’ and suppliers’ quality and delivery performance • Develop and implement measures to continuously improve processes and productivity • Systematically track quality deviations, identify root causes, and implement action plans on schedule • Identify and implement optimization opportunities across the process chain—from planning and construction (NE3) to on-site implementation (NE4) and documentation • Develop AI-supported monitoring and reporting approaches for partner performance, early risk detection, forecasting, and quality management • Assess construction partners and subcontractors at risk of insolvency, and manage restructuring and transition scenarios • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Deployment, Project Management, Procurement, Legal, and construction partners • Share knowledge, identify best practices, and implement them across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in supplier management or vendor management • Ideally, experience in telecommunications or fiber-optic networks • Established and reliable supplier network covering NE3 and NE4 • Practical experience working with construction companies at risk of insolvency and their subcontractors • Experience in risk analysis, contract and performance adjustments, and exit and replacement scenarios • Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities • Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills • Structured, results-driven, and decision-oriented approach to work • Very good knowledge of FTTH rollout, including passive and active network components • Responsible, proactive, service-oriented, independent, and inquisitive working style • German language skills at C2 level • English language skills at B1 level • Class B driving license
