📋 Description

• Establishing, expanding, and maintaining business relationships in the construction sector, as well as with associations, trade organizations, and chambers • Providing personal, written, and telephone support to private customers in the construction sector • Managing, developing, and optimizing existing commercial customer relationships • Acquiring new customers across multiple channels in close coordination with the sales channels • Managing public relations activities and providing regional support to construction partners and relevant organizations • Actively selling through personal contact as well as video, telephone, and online consultations • Designing, planning, and organizing customer events • Systematically increasing market share through targeted new customer acquisition • Ensuring a high standard of consulting through structured annual reviews and thorough documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as an Insurance and Finance Services Specialist (m/f/d), a certified insurance and finance specialist, or a comparable qualification • Professional expertise in the construction sector is desirable • Knowledge of regional markets, construction projects, and customer relationships is desirable • Strong initiative in sales and business development • Strong service and customer focus • Excellent organizational skills • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital communication tools
