📋 Description

• Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, service, and repair equipment solutions onsite at customer facilities • Perform start-up testing, validation, and commissioning of Automatic Packaging Solutions Systems • Deliver customer training on product capabilities, features, and general maintenance • Execute defined service and installation calls for assigned customers • Support customer installation project management • Schedule tasks at customer job sites • Perform routine maintenance and emergency services • Manage support requests, issues, and spares for end customers • Use technical drawings and documentation to troubleshoot issues • Continuously learn customer operational processes, packaging designs, and technical specifications • Document, report, and perform administrative work related to project installs and preventative maintenance • Handle emails, expense reports, travel arrangements, and technical reports • Communicate with company and customer personnel • Adhere to company and local customer safety requirements and protocols • Work against set performance KPIs • Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships • Travel frequently, including internationally, with approximately 50–70% overnight travel

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree/technical education OR minimum 3 years experience in troubleshooting electrical/mechanical equipment • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset • Skilled in use of mechanical and electrical hand tools • Able to read technical schematics and wiring diagrams • Detail oriented and stress resistant • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Flexible and adaptable to changes • Comfortable working independently and managing own time with minimal supervision • Customer service oriented with ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities • Innovative and self-assured with decision making ability and hands-on mentality • Positive attitude and ability to learn quickly in a hyper-growth environment • Familiar with Microsoft Office • Fluent in English and local language (spoken and written) • Must be able to lift 50lbs • Will be required to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for several hours constantly • Willingness to travel and work consignment shifts, including weekends • Previous experience as a Resident Engineer or customer-facing field service role (nice to have) • Familiarity with automated packaging systems or industrial automation equipment (nice to have) • Basic knowledge of PLC systems and industrial sensors (nice to have) • Experience with technical documentation, reporting, or digital service tools (nice to have) • Valid driver's license (nice to have) • 5+ years hands-on experience in electro-mechanical systems (preferred)
