• Oversee facility assessments per guidelines • Provide oversight on facilities' weekly PDPM meetings • Track and monitor effective utilization of PDPM tools • Create clinical reporting systems • Hold monthly workshops on PDPM and CMS-related regulations • Track QM and QASP performance • Assist in reviewing MDS/PDPM claims • Provide training to new MDS Coordinators • Develop performance evaluation systems for MDS Nurses • Ensure timely completion of MDS Assessments • Coordinate interdisciplinary participation in MDS for new admissions
• A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent Accredited Nursing Program Degree • MDS certification is preferred • Experience in clinical and management roles, preferably in a regional or corporate setting • Knowledge of CMS/OIG surveys and regulations • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
