📋 Description

• Develop solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other platform capabilities. • Participate in defining the architecture and technical design of new features. • Provide technical leadership for medium- and high-complexity initiatives. • Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices. • Identify and resolve complex issues in production environments. • Design and implement integrations with internal and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP, Platform Events, and asynchronous mechanisms. • Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions for the Salesforce platform. • Ensure adherence to Salesforce platform best practices for security, performance, and governance. • Support the team's technical development through mentoring and knowledge sharing. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field. • Strong experience developing on the Salesforce platform. • Experience with large-scale enterprise projects. • Experience with Agile methodologies, preferably Kanban. • Experience supporting and enhancing business-critical applications. • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Apex. • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Experience maintaining and supporting Aura Components. • Knowledge of Flows, Process Automation, and Approval Processes. • Knowledge of SOQL and SOSL. • Experience with REST APIs and system integrations. • Experience with synchronous and asynchronous integrations. • Knowledge of Platform Events. • Experience with Batch Apex, Queueable, and Scheduled Jobs. • Knowledge of Git and source code version control. • Experience with CI/CD practices. • Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling. • Knowledge of Salesforce platform security, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and the Security Model. • Knowledge of design patterns applied to the Salesforce ecosystem. • Experience with test-driven development and software quality assurance. • Salesforce certifications are a plus. • Salesforce Application Architect certification is a plus. • Experience with Salesforce Shield is a plus. • Experience with Experience Cloud is a plus. • Knowledge of Agentforce and Salesforce AI capabilities is a plus. • Knowledge of Service Cloud and Sales Cloud is a plus. • Experience in high-volume enterprise environments is a plus. • Knowledge of DevOps practices applied to Salesforce is a plus. • Experience serving as a technical reference for the team is a plus.
