• Expand client base and generate new business opportunities in the recruitment industry • Identify and approach potential clients in need of recruitment services • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (HR, CEOs, Hiring Managers) • Present and pitch CoSourcing's recruitment solutions to clients • Negotiate contracts and close deals • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure successful client onboarding • Track and report sales progress

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Recruitment preferred • Strong connections in HR, recruitment, or corporate networks • Strong networking and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and manage leads effectively • Experience using LinkedIn, cold emailing, or AI tools for lead generation is a plus • Comfortable working on a performance-based commission model
