📋 Description

• Comprehensive support and development of our existing customers • Regular customer meetings and active oversight of ongoing projects • Stakeholder management on an equal footing with executive management and department heads • Implementation of SaaS platform migrations and guidance of customers throughout the process • First point of contact for SaaS customer support – not a developer, but tech-savvy and proficient with modern tools • Preparation and submission of funding/grant applications and coordination with funding consultants in the R&D area • Maintenance and preparation of project data • Development and implementation of structured workflows, especially in finance and tax-related areas • Use of CRM systems and G Suite (Google Workspace) applications for efficient customer support • Support with organizational matters, e.g., familiarity with the German Growth Opportunities Act

🎯 Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent qualification • 2–5 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable role • Business-fluent English (C1) and German at native level (C2) • Strong affinity for numbers and a preference for structured content, particularly in finance, tax, and legal texts • Experience with CRM systems and G Suite (Google Workspace) applications • Strong self-organization, planning skills, and a solution-oriented working style • Careful, results-driven work approach and effective communication skills • Knowledge of the German Growth Opportunities Act and an interest in organizational matters are a plus
