📋 Description

• Structure CRM environments, workflows and projects to improve and sustain the CRM. • Ensure the integrity and quality of data within the platform. • Implement and optimize automated processes for customer journeys. • Monitor performance indicators and propose improvement actions. • Support user teams with training and technical assistance when needed. • Participate in projects integrating the CRM with other company tools. • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to maximize CRM usage.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields. • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce. • Official certifications in HubSpot or Salesforce. • Knowledge of data management, segmentation and automation of workflows. • Ability to analyze metrics and produce reports. • Experience integrating CRM with other tools (ERP, marketing platforms, etc.). • Knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus.
